Anti-Ragging Cell
Zero tolerance policy against ragging
The vision of anti-ragging efforts is to create educational environments that are safe, inclusive, and conducive to learning and personal growth. This vision encompasses several key elements:
- Zero Tolerance: Eliminate all forms of ragging, bullying, harassment, and intimidation. No behavior undermining the dignity, safety, and well-being of students will be tolerated.
- Promotion of Respect and Empathy: Foster a culture of mutual respect, understanding, and empathy. Celebrate differences and ensure all students feel valued.
- Student-Centered Approach: Involve students in shaping anti-ragging policies and programs, focusing on their voices and experiences.
- Education and Awareness: Organize workshops, seminars, and orientation programs to inform students about the consequences of ragging and the importance of respectful behavior.
- Support and Counseling: Provide counseling and support to both victims and perpetrators. Create safe avenues to seek help and guidance.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work jointly with students, staff, parents, and government bodies to develop effective anti-ragging strategies.

Discipline and Grievance Cell
Promoting discipline and resolving griveances
Discipline and Grievance Cell Discipline and Grievance Redressal Cell. to provide a mechanism for redressal of students' grievances and ensure the transparency in admission, and prevention of unfair practices, etc. The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student, and judge its merit. The Grievance cell is also empowered to look into matters of harassment. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the department members in person, or in consultation with the officer in-charge Grievance Redressal Cell. In case the person is unwilling to appear in person, grievances may be dropped in writing at the letterbox/ suggestion box of the Grievance Cell at Administrative Block. Grievances may also be sent through e-mail as well. The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated time.
